Kili Technology facilitates collaboration between teams, whether it is people in data science or business people, the distribution of the annotation load among the participants, and allows to manage in a precise way the rights of the contributors to each project.
Kili Technology offers 4 roles, managed at the project level. This allows to have specific roles for each project, while having a clear allocation of responsibilities for each project.
The project administrator can create, edit, add data, delete data, export data, amend a project, a dataset, labels, add members, and manage their role. He has access to all tabs.
The reviewer has the same rights as the annotator, he can review and amend all labels of a project. He has access to all tabs except Settings. He can reach the Review mode in the Audit labeler tab.
The annotator can annotate the data distributed to him, see his own KPIs, and visualize his own work. He cannot modify any of the aspect of the project configuration or the data, or view other annotators metrics. He has access to the Overview tab, the annotation interface, and the Review for his work.
The reader can only view the annotated tasks without any further action. It is a role that is used on tasks requiring a 3rd proofreading. He has access to the Overview tab and to the annotation interface.
